I am Elaine and I have been working as a professional Music Teacher since 2000 and can honestly say I can’t think of anything else that would bring me such joy every day. I love working with students of all ages and abilities and get so much satisfaction from seeing how they grow and develop in their skills and performance. I am musically trained from Lasalle College of the Arts and has always been active in music teaching, performing and learning since young. I play both the piano and the violin and has been teaching as well as leading bands since my school days. 

 

Above teaching, I am also passionate in life-long learning. It is my interest to discover and/or re-discover and learn new ways of teaching and playing music. I attended many workshops and seminars locally as well as around the world. Some of these includes Hungary, Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia etc.
